We Want You to Love Your Purchase

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we’ll refund your payment. Email help@mylittlechristmasshop.com or use our contact form, and include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.

Having trouble downloading or printing? We’re happy to help with that, too.

Our 30-day refund promise applies to individual products and the whole-shop collection, including purchases made at the launch price. You may request a refund even if you have downloaded the files. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

This promise does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
